We just hate conservatives (those neocon fuckers did drag us in 2 prolonged wars in the ME through lies and deceit).

And Obama has proven to be much more conservative then what he promised with his change 4 years ago. Sure the VAST majority of Europeans would still vote for Obama and not for Romney (think 70+% for Obama) but that has more to do with our utter dislike for religious extremism and other neocon ideologies (see the wars part) then it has to do with us actually being pro-Obama.
