While I can appreciate and respect that this song (and artist) means something special to you, I cannot say, however, that the song or the artist is hitting any wow factor in my book of experience. The vocal range is full of monotony and the song just isn't exhibiting the charm needed to pull off what you feel it should. Maybe in another place, another time.

I've heard better from Australia, tbh. My favorite singer from your side of the world would be Natasha. Her style of music is really uplifting and easygoing. She seems like a free spirit.

She's got a really unique voice.
