Yeah I could see that happening, what I found scary is I was reading a article that claimed the US tracks nukes based off particles in the atmosphere. With Fukushima the atmosphere is FLOODED with these particles making it impossible to track them without having a eye in the sky or boots on the ground.

If this is true then we could have dozen of sleeper cells armed and not even know till it's too late.
