A nice AK47 for a rifle, Remington 870 for a shot gun, and a 9mm pistol. I like the FN9. Get everyone the same weapons so the ammo and mags can be swapped. Get everyone a good combat knife while you are out shopping.

Make sure everyone gets enough practice. Not just shooting, but cleaning too.
