Eat meat when hurt from work - it fixes me quickly and properly. Eat fruit and carbohydrates (not carefully watched though), they don't help. Eat only fruit/carbohydrates/soy products, I start to decline in health.

A tiny amount of meat or fish is worth a lot of vegetarian in terms of human rehabilitation. This is my personal experience reinforced over decades.

Very difficult moral/truth dilemma.
