I live in MN and have family that live on 3 good walleye lakes. I have a limit in the freezer from this falls fishing when walleye is the best. Ate it once a week all summer long too. Smoked some and froze it for snacking on crackers, can mix it with cream cheese and some S&P for a spread too. This does work with other fish but walleye and the morels combined can't be beat. I think I'd have to keep myself from breading and frying it first. The husband manages to get a few walleye every year and that is some of the best fish I've ever had.
