I highly doubt these are nuclear detonations. Wouldn't they be depth of 0 since they are airburst, and the targets would be more south.

The targets are bunkers buried deep in the ground for security reasons so any detonations on impact would cause the effects of seismic activity with depths that may reach quite deep.
The danger also is in the deep oil wells ... That are also targets which again detonation on impact would register as seismic activity
