Message Subject Can you live off of beans, rice and broccoli?

I eat this almost everyday and I can't get enough of it. Only thing I do is add a little shredded cheddar to my broccoli. I drink water only and I take vitamin C supplements. If this diet is sufficient enough, what's the least things I can add to it to make it more complete?

Seems fine to me. Along with your supplement of "C" and drinking plenty of water (8 glasses a day) you are good to go.

You should be able to live more-or-less indefinitely on this diet and be well, happy, healthy.
