...Yeah, wouldn't want the assembly line scrubs making a decent wage, eh fuckstick? What's wrong with leveling the playing field? That's what the unions try to do. Do you want rampant, unchecked corporate CEOs? What if a government were run the same way --- unchecked? fucking  Quoting: JackedVegan I am in the middle here. Unions are greedy and corrupt and management wants their workers living like they do in china. There's got to be some middle ground here, folks. The real problem is the early union contracts that many corps had to sign in the 70's. Ahh, yes. This was a totally different country in the 1970's. The troubling thing is that we had a bad economy in the 1970's, yet it looks 100X better than what we have now. Thanks for bringing that up.  70s was walk into a shop and get hired on the spot. Any business start ups too made back then is worth multi million today. Id give up one of my limbs to go back to the 70s...they had it good.
