Quoting: redrosie I am absolutely hopeful, if he does this it could open him (Petraeus) to prosecution, as in perjury. Perhaps he has decided to do the right thing.

What an absolute disaster unless this implicates him. In that case if so and he is removed, it falls to the speaker of the house. They overplayed their hand - did not think enough steps ahead on the chess board of life. What does Petraeus have to lose by telling the truth. His pension? I believe that right now Petraeus is finally - ALL IN. It will ALL come OUT. Pray for it.
