It would be the ultimate American Experiment. Let each party totally have their way for a presidential term. NO fillibustering or blocking.. appoint the best thinkers on each side to develop a 4 year plan, then LET THEM HAVE AT IT, and see what happens! Maybe two terms would be better, to let each ideological platform achieve a full fruition.. so we can REALLY see what the fruits are or are not of each side. THAT would end the blame games once and for all! All we have now with all the "balance of powers" is mediocrity.
