I've met homeless people who don't NEED a home. They live in motels, and make more money every day panhandling, than the people in the stores they panhandle near. If you find a good spot, you can make $300 a day. Maybe not every day, but if you are smart bout it, you can average $150, live in a motel room, and have plenty left over for food, gas, etc...

Ask a taxi driver. They've met plenty of these people.
