I was just at the grocery store and they had a sign saying NO EBT as it's DOWN FOR ENTIRE EAST COAST
Quoting: ^TrInItY^ Like I said earlier... it appears to be affecting areas hit by SANDY. An opportunity to clean up the fraud. Nothing to do with Sandy or cleaning up fraud..... It has to do with JP Morgan who services the EBT program in 35 states.... There system is down.... And it is down in more states than just those hit by Sandy.
