In the states, we have outdoor warning systems involving air raid sirens. Do you have those in Portugal? It could minimalism casualties even more.

Ok but we are not use to it, we don't know what to do, no allarms, no shelters, nothing! This tornado today pass in a primary school and the children become so so scared and no one know what to do...
