The only job of 'the authorities' and their propaganda outlets is to manage the public perception of what is the total collapse of their system with no recovery possible. In other words, trying to stave off guillotine recompense.

A new order is emerging - but it doesn't include the vast majority of those who hold public positions of 'authority' today. They're all scared shitless.
