Yep, probably not an mig-23, dunno, but definitely not the f-16 shot down, this pic is online for months. Russians gave many mig-23 to Arabs btw, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Yemen to name few operators.

you don't know shit that clearly is not an f16. Anyone with access to google images or any pic of an f16 can see the rear fins/wings are NOT angled on an f16 like they are in the pic.
