Well, I know for a fact this is absolute bullshit now.
The tweet is over two hours old, and yet the ONLY news organization reporting it is PressTv... which is known for dishonesty.
Something this big would have been confirmed by now. And fyi, there is no such thing as the IOF.

Usually, at least in the US' case, the country of which I am most familiar, things like this are usually denied only once credible news agencies start making inquiries due to actual information they have obtained. Actual information is never some dumbass with a twitter account.
