God came to me on the heels of a major UFO experience.
sounds far out, right.
yeah, i thought that too.
then, when i received my baptism with the Holy Spirit, i had an experience that i can't explain. (well, i understand it now, but i didn't then)
very powerful. very.
the UFO experience happened more than 20 years ago. i have been searching for truth ever since.
Quoting: Salt ok, and how does judging other's experiences based only on scriptural accuracy fits with your first God experience? as far as i know UFO are not mentioned in connection to God in the Scriptures. and to be clear, i do not question your experiences, on the contrary. i am sure they were life-changing experiences. just the yardstick you apply to other's experiences. why the need to do that? do you not trust that Holy Spirit is powerful enough to meet each Soul as it is proper, in each case? to you it started with an ufo experience, to other it starts with a dream and so on... UFOs are demonic in every way. it was that experience that brought me to God (after a long journey in the wrong direction) i'm not judging OPs experience. i find it genuine. i just know the source of the info to be bad. so i offer what i know. everyone makes a judgment, just as you are making one now about me. judging a situation is perfectly normal. it is what we do with that judgment that is important. hint: be humble, but be on fire for God.
