The New Jerusalem is a CRAFT that is the Ashtar Command Craft, it is not the new city coming down from heaven. Its large computer mentioned in the bible, as being big and square, holds all the soul records of all ensouled people on this planet, in the event of nuclear damage to the morontial soul. All ensouled people are chipped to the computer for emergency evacuation also. Ashtar command specializes in the evacuation of planets, if this "new city" comes down from heaven, it will be because the planet is being evacuated. This is all. Make do.
