it's a glitch. look at the video: the entire upper part of the globe is mirrored, along a perfect straight line; no technology can do that this perfect, without some interference from weather patterns surrounding it.

as an aside: any time you mirror something, it gets human features, because humans like any other animal, are quite symmetrical.
