Just got a text from a friend in Western NC and he sent me a pic of NC Mass Casualty trailer that was just brought in.

His quote: "WTF do they need this for a small mtn community with less than 2500 people?"

He said he also discovered an empty lot they've been stock piling hum-v's with 50 cal turrets. When he stopped to take a pic, a dude in full cammo came out and asked him to leave. When he asked the soldier what was going on, he turned around and walked away.

I've got a pic, but don't know how to embed it. It shows a trailer with "North Carolina DPR-9 Mass Casualty Unit" on the side.

This is no BS. It may just be a training exercise, but I can prove this is happening.

I passed a fully armored Humvee around highway 40/540 in Raleigh, but there was not anyone "manning" the 50 cal.

This was last Friday.

Good question, but keep in mind this a very remote place in the Eastern US. If there were going to be mass casualties, wouldn't you think they would stage these in a more populated area.

Nice irony. A trailer labeled "Mass Casualty Unit" hauling 50 caliber gun turret trucks. Isn't that what a 50 cal turret is designed to produce?

That's the only pic he sent. He was run off by the soldier. I don't have any reason not to believe him... I've known this guy for 30 years. He's also not a conspiracy type person at all. It's just really out of place for this town.

DPR is domestic preparedness region. There are 9 such regions in nc and each has a mass casualty trailer. Can't speak for the humvees
