Pretty much means they go on killing all thier slave laborers in that prison camp, and the world watches. Yes the large part acting as if nothing is to happen even as their families are hauled off on one pretext or another, planes falling from the sky's, energy rates going thru the roof as the reaping continues. Its the other guy, the white, the black, the bad seed, well hell its satan, BS!

The other part believing they be safe suckling at the treats of the beast even as their children come down with more and costly diseases, each in turn going its way. Each in turn the price having paid.
