Find one reason, just one that you are needed here. Give yourself one window, one door to open and crawl out of into the sunlight. Also, where do you live? Winter sometimes affects people when there is less light. It is called SAD. I am in Colorado and I take 10,000 Iu's of Vitamin D per day. Also 400 of Sam-E per day. Get out and take a walk at around noon if you can. Or if you are able, purchase a light box and give yourself 15 to 30 minutes in front of it per day. I don't know what is going on in your life but I sure hope this helps you a little! I am sending loving. healing thoughts your way. I certainly know what it is like to feel hopeless and helpless and you have given me a purpose! Thank you for sharing your feelings! |
