It was here, or maybe another site I read that Police are going to have access to cell phone registry. Thats probly what started this rumor again...

If the battery is charged and in the phone, you can be located. Ummm... I can attest to that. We had your cell phone info LONG before you thought it was possible. (Even the MetroPCS / T-Mobile bullshit with the fake names and such.)
