Do they all have other jobs to go to? WTF. Unemployment rate is through the roof and these fuckers are pulling this shit. Lots of people to take their place. I dont think Wal-Mart is too worried.

Is Walmart the only store they could ever work at? Are they chained to the walls? If not, they should just find another job if they don't think they are paid well enough for what they do. How hard is it though to stand at a cash register and move items across the scanner, or stock the shelves? Why strike when you can get paid money for doing something so easy and stress free. Maybe they are just bored and need to find a job that challenges them. The problem when you have a boring job is you start thinking you should be paid more to stay there, but it doesn't work that way. If anyone even a monkey could do your job, then you are really in no position to bargain for more pay.
