Elite IV: Elite Dangerous due March 2014 !

I have given £50 for this myself. You get a digital DRM-Free version of the game via download for a £20 pledge but this project needs more funding by 5th Jan 2013.

They are at £486, 365 already with 48 days left.

I really enjoyed the previous games.

Looks like space sims are making a comeback.

Still waiting on X Rebirth though... seems to have stalled.

Yes I'm familiar with Star Citizen and have pledged to that one as well. Looks really good.

I agree that these types of games are beginning to spark off again, it's about time !

X-Rebirth, I'm looking forward to playing that one as well but I'm still on X-Terran Conflict and X-Albion Prelude. Those X games have some mileage in them.

What I liked about Elite II onwards was a full sized Milky Way galaxy to explore and play in and this is what will set Elite Dangerous apart from the others.
