This looks neat [ link to getfit2wed.blogspot.com] I've also come across a few photos where the dip is put in a hollowed out sugar pumpkin (the smaller ones) and the veggies arranged around it. Is that Shakespear? Haha! That's awesome, I don't think I could do it though. The last one is really pretty, I'm going to consider it for sure, the cauliflower and broccoli outer ring is so pretty, it looks like fun too without having to take an art class. :) Is what Shakespear? You could probably pull it off. What's the worst that could happen? You make dip, cut up veggies and find out you just can't pull it off? Then you just try another arrangement! I don't think there is any cauliflower in the one I linked. The green on the bottom looks like its romaine leaves. You'd probably start out by laying the lettuce leaves down, then layer from the outside in.
