I don't know if he is with her, but he is not telling you the truth about something. I think and its a think, not a premoniton, that he is being too lazy and doesn't want to tell you he is just sorta into this. He wants you there but doesn't want the work that goes with it.

Now I just feel like he is not telling you something, and it has nothing to do with his health. I feel it is more he is afraid you will make a scene. Was it a bad scene when you broke up last time?
