I can't be sure if he has been with someone else. So I won't answer. But I will say you need to move on. Especially because , in your heart you just care about him and thats it. You are just wanting to be with someone because you are tired of being alone at parties, get together, dinners and holidays are coming. But the truth is he does not accompany you much anyway. He is usually claiming to be sick or busy.
