Get some rolling papers and hit the ashtrays in front of restarants, people leave whole packs worth of tobacco in half smoked butts that is perfectly fine for a rolled smoke. The World does suck most of the time, but the moments that it doesn't make up for it. Music, freinds, or just a joint and a nice view of the stars can be better then sitting around in front of a computer screen...
