The BBC has been forced to apologize to the cheif Rabbi of Britain and the commonwealth after he candidly answered a question on Radio 4's Today programme.
Chief Rabbi the Right Honourable Lord Sacks was asked what he thinks of the current Gaza situation. Thinking he was off air he responded "I think it's about Iran actually". Staff soon realised what the Rabbi didn't, that he was still live and quickly made him aware at which point he issued a plea for peace throughout the region.
Interesting to hear what he really thinks, moreso that he obviouslky feels in the right company at the BBC to discuss it so openly, and that the BBC picked up on it as a faux paux so quickly.
