I'm beginning My End of Days(E.O.D.) fast this morning. The length of the fast is indefinite. The purpose is to cleanse and purify my temple in order to increase my awareness, mindfulness, and, health and well-being in general. That I might be in perfect physical mental and spiritual standing when the end of days arrives at our doorstep.
