When I was a kid I would drink almost nothing but soda pop. I don't understand how I survived lol, but I barely drink it anymore. Water, orange juice, V8 for me now :D

I stopped reading after this sentence. As using bacterias for producing chemical compounds is quite common thing in biochemistry then informational value of article using "feeding OIL to DEFECATE" is zero.

I know it's bad, but I can't wake up in the morning with a can of Pepsi. I hate the taste of coffee and need that dose of caffeine to get going and feel alert.

Hate to ruin the smoothies for you but flip them over to their ingredients. When we weren't looking, at some point, fuckers started putting high fructose corn syrup in it. I SWEAR they didn't when they first made that stuff. But at some point they started.

Better to make youir own smoothies. Don't be lazy guys.

A meal consisting of burgers and fries is never complete without soda pop. We never think of the ill-effects that these beverages have on our health when we gulp them down every day.

There in is the problem.

So too is the problem with Corn Syrup. A little doesn't harm, but when you consume vast quantities of this stuff it does great harm.

I have lived a long life doing things in moderation. Moderation is the key to a long and healthy life.
