No consequences for Muslim student who gave out toy guns to boys in his class in celebration of an Islamic holiday

Afterall they are mates in school getting along, and That to me is touching. The fact that school officials made a huge deal about it "likely scarring, and scaring these chummy blokes for life. Now that to me is the actual "problem".

I disagree. Laser guns, water blasers, unrealistic-looking 'guns' etc...are fine. But a realistic looking gun toy is wrong. Kids need to understand that a firearm is not a toy and there should be no question about it.

BTW, I'm no bleeding heart anti-gun libtard, I'm licensed, and so are my two daughters and my boys will be as soon as they are old enough. Hubby hunts and to us it is very important that the kids know that a firearm is not a toy.

When I was growing up, EVERY kid had toy guns,
and lots of them!

If some kid had been giving them away, he would
have been the most popular kid in the neighborhood!

I had my Roy Rogers revolvers,
my Lone Ranger revolvers,
my "Wanted Dead or Alive" sawed off shotgun,
my Rifleman rifle,
my Yancy Derringer, belt derringer,
and that's just the memorable ones!

Most came with caps so they made a bang.

Later in life I moved to West Virginia where
everyone has an arsenal of REAL guns,
just to recapture my youth.

The issue here is that if this had been a white American he would have been punished. The schools have a ZERO TOLERANCE on these issues. Everybody is so afaid the might do something to offend the Muslims....I find it PATHETIC!

This is not about toy guns. This is how they fester things. That boy who gave out the guns at night in his home is taught about war and hate and how they need to bring their little freinds into the fold. Into the Sharia laws. I just bet that if the parents talked to their children that the gun toteing little boy is also making political statements to his little friends.These children are taught to hate from the time they can open their own little eyes. In my research I have noticed a trend. Many places that have a higher growing Musim community are what we have stereo-typed as "hillbilly". Yes they are in bigger cities, but the trend now seems to be placing Muslims in smaller, lesser known towns. I believe it is so that they will stay off the radar and besides they already have large communities in the bigger cities.

How the world has changed, when I grew up we had toy guns in school for recess. Kids shot real guns in the old sand pit. Now people freak out about everything.

I had toy guns when I was a kid and I am a female. So did my three sisters. Our Dad also taught us how to shoot a hunting rifle. Funny how we were smart enough to know the difference and not kill anyone huh? Geezuz!
