My dad owned a small grocery store back in the 1940's/1950's.....

He needed a janitor; the other one moved out of state....This guy came to my dad and told him up front, that he had just gotten out of prison.....

My dad asked him what was he in prison for? and the man said he had killed a man, in self-defense..

My dad hired him on the spot..Well,when word got around that the new janitor was a murderer, you'd have thought it was the end of the world!!!

But my dad, bless his heart, told everyone that yes, the guy killed someone, but he paid his dues......

He said he'd rather hire a murderer, who's done his time, then a liar or a thief; their 'crimes' could go on and on.....it was not very likely, he said, that this man would ever murder again!!!

My dad was raised on a farm, had a 6th grade education, and was smart as a whip in business without any formal 'education'........

He was quite a guy!!! and we all still miss him!!!

I have a story like that, only mine goes:

My dad asks him "What were you in for?"

"Rape"

So my dad says "Will you ever do that again?"

He said "Nope."

So my dad hired him on the spot.

The next day my dad came upon the chickens and he swore to god you could drive a truck through each one's dead asshole. He found out exactly what kind of rape the guy was in jail for.

Never saw the man again... never hired another rapist.

i don't know what's sicker. the guy fucking the chickens or your dad coming on their corpses.
