I drive high every day and I've never been pulled over or had an accident. Contrary to popular belief, being high doesn't make driving difficult. Your reaction time is slower, yes, but its very minor in my opinion. Older drivers are worse. Even though he tested positive for weed two hours after the accident that is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that he was high at the time of the accident. No one knows the answer to that question except the kid himself.
