I'm against drugs but that won't hold up
THC stays in your systems for MONTHS
having it in your bloodstream isn't enough to prove intoxication at the time of the incident
Quoting: ^TrInItY^ you're right. thc can be detected in blood up to 30 days after last use. however, many states have "zero drugged driving" laws which state having detectable metabolites of a controlled substance in your blood counts as being under the influence.
