That's why most people (perhaps those who are already overly cautious) who experience intense paranoia from weed, usually stop smoking it and don't like it much. But alcohol is addictive due to its effect on inhibitions, because some people really like the grandiose feelings and thrill-seeking, risky behavior precipitated by its use.

This has nothing to do with weed. The kid was a shitty driver, and should not have been behind the wheel. How does weed even come into play here..? You make no sense.

Pot has zero effect on driving, except for making you a more cautious driver. If I were on a jury for a case like this I would completely throw out any notion of DUI based on pot. Fucking ridiculous, it's all pissed off family members not thinking straight. Can't blame them but they are idiots.

NO!! This accident would have been avoided if the kid wasn't driving at mach4. You show me the teenage kid with only a learner's permit that can safely operate a vehicle at those speeds, sober or not. And if the kids parents actually did knowingly let their son drive around at 330 in the morning with a load of kids and not so much as a license then they ought to held equally accountable.

If its legalized this KID would have to show ID to buy it, just like alcohol.....oh thats right KIDS drink underage too......kid or adult,legal or illegal, sober or altered - accidents happen.

The marijuana just added to the issue with this kid it wasn't the cause or the problem, he had no license and limited experience behind the wheel he was drive approx 110 mph when he crashed. The weed may have lowered his inhabition but his and his parents stupidity is what caused this not the weed

when i stopped weed for 6 years, and started again, i was so high i almost felt like i did shrooms


but after smoking 3x per day, you get so used to it, that you don't really get high, you just kinda zone out.. or concentrate on certain things only

i can smoke a big fat joint of the best weed right now, and go drive 100km with no problems...

but if i stop weed for a long time and try it again, then i will feel more paranoid driving... i remember when i did it after 6 years, I STILL was able to drive, even though i was so fucking high

Sober people cause accidents as well:their minds not on driving possible because...
maybe cause they're driving 110 mph, not realizing it
or maybe they're texting
or maybe their child just died of cancer
or maybe they just broke up with bf/gf - husband/wife
or maybe they just lost their home to the bankers
maybe the wife had a miscarriage
maybe mom or dad died
or maybe..ect. ect. ect....there are endless reasons why people get in auto accidents cuz their mind isn't on the road.

this accident was not due to weed it was because of inexperience driving,speed, and a car full of other dumbass teenagers...
