Anyone use U-verse?

its not bad where i am , there are other providers though who have excellent service for a few dollars more if U verse starts sucking donkey ass

I like it, is faster and solved my problems with you tubes not loading etc. have had no problems. enjoy....

Awful. Had three units in as many months.

Phone customer service is terrible - weekends they're off! Had them give me an emergency # for weekends b/c there were so many problems w/the boxes.

Bottom line: Run! Don't go near them... .

Had it for over 6 years, never been down once, TV or web. The last mile is copper but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I had it 3 years, then dumped the Uverse TV and kept the internet.

Yes I have it. I have top Internet speed choice too.... It's very nice but it has a few quirks...sometimes.

i worked it for 3 years,despite the fact i HATE att,the concept is good. the problem is in the outside plant (aka phone lines ) their condition is EVERYTHING plus the system will cause trouble(rarely) but dose happen ck with ur neighbors not 100% but ur best shot
