| eve incognito User ID: 27803051 11/17/2012 02:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | i'll give you two possibilities i can think of, but the second one you will not believe me, and the first one you will not like to hear. Quoting: eve incognito 27803051 maybe she has a brain tumor. if it happens again or she desplays erradic, bizzare..etc behaviour... she should get a cat scan. maybe her memory has been erased. sometimes i have a meltdown and start behaving completely out of carachter, ad i have no idea what the hell happened to trigger such bizzare behaviour. what's even scarier people get really mean, and since it usually happens after i have just moved somewhere, i can't tell if i sut koved to a village, town, city, country with unusually mean people, or i have a brain tumor. i also fall alot during that time, have strange flashbacks, see people i don't know and have the strangest conversatuons with them in my head, like thoughts jsut flaying back and forth in between us, when the woanor a man appear as if they don't know me or notice i am there. etc etc etc just as about i am convonced i have a brain tummor, coz if i was crazy, i wldn't KNOW i am acting in bizzare and very strange ways, i'd think everythings ok with me, so jsut about as i will be absolutely sure i was going to hear of a massive tumor in my head.... a man shows up. he looks strangely familiar, but i don't know him, and it's been a different man every time, and he says he loves me and we should have a baby. the really funny part is, i don't really want to have a baby, my life is very complicated, and babies strive on simple thing and stability, which i never have. sometimes they say even stranger things like, you love me. you jsut can't remember, your memory has been erased, that's why you have been feeling strange lately. of course he is a lier,e very time, i thibk i'd remember if i loved someone, i am not yet so insecure in my faculites as to trust other people with whom i love, rather than my own feelings. (not that my own feelings are that reliable either, still their mine) i try to be really quite, hardly breath, to make the man go away, but sometimes i explode into this massive anger ball and fith with this man, even thiugh i can't really put my finger on, why are we fighting. anyway..you don't believe a word i'm saying, do you? it's ok, i am safely tucked behid my screen and nobody can call the funny farm on me, coz you don't know where i live. dear eve, please start your own thread - you are the fun kind of crazy!! fondly, scorpio66 and, OP and wife, the people saying stroke seem very concerned, i hope you have insurance so you can go get checked out! dear scorpio66, thank you, i guess i would like my own thread for a change, but like some other people here i've been having trouble loggin' in. not sure what's up with that though, but i just can't seem to logg in these days. |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 26130402 11/17/2012 02:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My wife and I are in a hotel celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary, and during breakfast having eaten the exact same foods as me she complains of being dizzy, which I told her was likely due to an earthquake somewhere. Quoting: Grounded1 But then it gets weirder, she says the inoperative wall fountain behind me was moving, she saw owls fly by and even I didn't look right, like a caricature. Also she said that her coffee was extremely heavy and difficult to lift. If it persists I will seek medical attention but she's feeling better now and lying down. Any non-medical thoughts? We should be able to rule out drugs as we've been together all morning and we both ate from the same breakfast, I even took a bite of some of hers after she started complaining about things not being "right." And I'm feeling fine. Sounds like this....WATCH IT...She describes similar things |

First thank you all for your input, but like I said earlier I work in the medical field and this was just not stroke or aneurysm like symptoms. Second for all those who pass judgment, shame on you, I see it all the time on this site unfortunately. Yes we have insurance, yes we have money. Yes I considered calling her an ambulance or driving her to the E.R. But she was responsive and not ill. Just "tripped" out. This had all the earmarks of a drug induced hallucination. And that's exactly what it turned out to be. She takes a synthroid-like medication and has since she was a child and today mistakenly took a full Ambien while she normally takes only half. Normally she would not have noticed the flying monkeys (or owls in this case,) because she would go to sleep. But there was no intent to sleep and coffee helped keep her awake too. So again, thank you all for for your consideration. I was hoping she was seeing the other side of he veil, and perhaps she was, but not because it's lifting but rather because it was chemically removed. Google Ambien side effects and you will see what I mean. Last Edited by Grounded1 on 11/17/2012 06:18 PM |

Google Ambien side effects and you will see what I mean. I remember popping a family members ambien a few years ago just to get some sleep, had a lot of trouble falling asleep. Did make me hallucinate a couple times, one time I saw this ballroom full of people and another a black figure, or a dude in a tux was standing right by my bed. But did she purposefully take the ambien during the day or mistake it for her other pill? |
