It might seem like they are having a go at you OP but du-suger kuk does mean you suck cock- interestingly it is Danish so the person who sent it might stand out a bit more knowing that. It isn't a curse it is a childish comment and the other symbolism sure does make the whole thing seem like it came from a teenager but anyway you don't need to worry!
