A little off topic here...what ever happened to the physical fitness requirement for cops? JEEEEZUS! Seems to me in the old days, cops would've chased the guy down, tackled him, and subdued him. Now they're so fat, they just shoot and kill the guy. It seems that others pay the price (with their lives) for the lack of physical fitness in law enforcement these days. Same thing with tasers. It used to be cops would get down and dirty and physical. Now, they can't have their uniforms wrinkled, so they shoot first (either with a taser or gun) and ask questions later. Not a good trend.

The first of the video says it all. The Grand Jury will not indict. This is a group of people from all walks of life that gets seated on this jury, which views all the available evidence and decides to prosecute or not.

If these citizens did not see the need to prosecute, then neither do I.

The problem here is that the officers are armed. If a suspect fights them and attempts to incapacitate by knocking one of them out then the perp gets an officers gun...others are then in danger.

Bottom line: it's justified.
