Good job officer! Where in the video is he running away? Just because he's off cam doesn't mean he is running.

He had a clear escape when both officers were on their knees and he was on the edge of the street. He then chose to charge the male officer and punch him a few times and then turned and did the same to the female officer. Only after she drew her weapon did he stop the assault and go off cam.

1 less bad guy on the streets. Justifiable shooting.

What get's me, is he's a skinny dude. If the fat cop were the same size, but solid, the skinny dude's weak punches would have meant little. The fat male cop, though, is not a strong guy.
