I know its cool to be anti cop and to be honest both these officers are in piss poor shape to be protecting themselves, let alone the civilian population. BUT...

He assaulted the police and got what he deserved. I feel ZERO pity for the criminal and DO NOT see him as a victim. He had an opportunity to turn tail and run but decided to take a few more swings at the officers.

I am not anti cop. I am anti murder. This was murder. I do not care what an ignorant "grand jury" ruled. Those things are a joke where the only evidence presented is by a county attorney, the grand jury hears or sees nothing the attorney does not want them to hear or see.

Have to disagree. It was two armed officers against one unarmed antagonist who was backing away (although he was out of the picture for a split second before the shot). He did not have a weapon. If he was advancing again, that would be a different story.

He was running away because he was SCARED.

If he was a murderer/drug dealer he wouldn't have pulled over.

This is reckless homicide.Suspect was fleeing,unarmed.From 2 larger armed officers.There was reason to draw the weapon at that point but not enough reason to fire it yet.Jumped the gun. Plain and simple.

He tried to inflict the worst bodily injury possible and would have been likely thrilled if he had disabled either officer. Shoot him twice. Just to make sure you didn't miss.
