Then you are a fool. Had they simply arrested him (he was compliant till they inflicted unneeded pain on him AFTER he laid down) there would have been no escalation, they caused him to fight by trying to hurt him.
That, is grounds for charges, he was compliant and THEY escalated force without cause.
Why dont you lay face down on the ground and I will have two people over 250 pounds each jump on you and see how you react.
People have a right to defend themselves from unwarranted aggression, even from the STATE enforcers.
At least, that is the way it is supposed to be.
