Why do so many orginizations use the Swastika ..
I have seen it on my Buddhist prayer beads and jewelry .. In a Pagan building I was in the other day .. Obviously the Nazis ..

Even Ufo's have had them ..

Anyone know the theoretical reasoning behind this?

Re: Why do so many orginizations use the Swastika ..
Its an ancient hindu symbol of good luck and blessings. We've used this recently on Diwali while praying to goddess Lakshami. In the other world, symbols are understood better and quickly. You dont need many words to get your message across to the god. If you draw a swastika, the gods would know immediately what you're asking for.

I had heard this too, about being a hindu symbol.

Of course, all our symbols are inherently void of meaning in and of themselves. It is we who impute meaning to them.

(And that seems to bother a whole lot of people for some reason)
We become like that to which we are devoted. Choose wisely.
