Solar panels in flight path danger to planes

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but a "flight path" is from ground upward the direction of the plane. Is that correct?

Again, some folk are stating that solar panels in/under a flight path can be a danger to a plane in flight. I cannot find anything to support that idea.

We have a lot of know-it-all, and some more, on glp and I was hoping for knowledge about solar panels and airplanes. Does anyone know if there is a reason you should not position solar panels on the ground in a flight path?
