The fact that you're taking long walks in the woods leads me to worry you've contracted Lyme..Please get tested by a Lyme literate doctor..Your symptoms are common in Lyme Disease..
Good luck and God bless youflower

It could be an energy blockage, like someone mentioned above. Since you know food is medicine, which is more than most people then you probably know we have energy meridians all through our bodies. You may want to try Reiki, Qi Gong, Feng Shui or many others. My RLS goes away when my energy is flowing instead of being bound up.

Peace

I didn't find any rash, or even any abnormal redness at all, if I found redness it wasn't circular and localized.

Good. Try to stop doing it. It decreases dopamine sensitivity in your brain and can deplete dopamine levels and cause movement disorders and depression.

Never too late to learn. When the twitches get bad enough, you will go to the end of the earth to find the problem. You will want to know everything possible in order to help yourself. If your a skeptic then try it and see for yourself.
I got positive results from energy work. We have been told we need a pill or a doctor to help us. We need to realize we can help many problems with our mind and Chi.

Peace

Try to learn to play an acoustical guitar or something similar to develop your finger dexterity and stimulate the right side of your brain.

I had the same symptoms back in April, and I knew immediately that it was aluminum-related - it causes Parkinson's Disease, and one of the signs is trembling hands and muscle spasms.

I got a blood test at a hospital and the result showed that I had an abnormally high-level of aluminum in my system, as I expected.

I suppose everyone has different level of tolerance. I had several other friends who felt the same symptoms in my area.

Do cover your nose with a mask when you go out.

Re: My muscles are trembling at times
Don't worry, the Lyme test doesn't hurt, just a simple blood test..but get it from a Lyme literate doctor..not all doctors know how to test and treat Lyme..
You may need to be on anti-biotics for a while..
I live in the woods and contracted Lyme a few years ago..
my doctor didn't keep me on the anti-biotics long enough and now I have the same symptoms as you..the only thing helping me is accupuncture..I met a guy at a Lyme lecture who also has the tremors and numbness on one side (arms and legs) too..He's on long term anti-biotics now and doing better...hf
