Quoting: Anonymous Coward 10061707 If you don't use a certain muscle often, it will weaken and when you exert force onto it it will tremble. Do you workout? At rest, I walk for hours during weekends in the woods to get away from civilzation so I'd say yes on weekends. |

Like does the whole hand shake or just a muscle twitch in the hand? Do you have like whole muscles that kinda 'beat' through the skin and you can see it or is it the whole limb?? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24151445 Definate trembling, mostly the muscles on the back of my palm, my fingers do not move. Just now my feet are tingling slightly. |

If so stop. The achohol that is. ? your primary doctor about the possibilites of periphial neuropathy. Even that that is of un un known origin as it can happen from trauma back surgery headaches ect. I would reccomend you ask your primary doctor. In the near future we will soon be without one as I have been lucky to have the same one since I was 16 years old. I can not tell you how important it is to have a primary care doctor, one that knows about you and any other specialist you see. People this is going to get bad real soon if we can not have a primary doctor that is truely dedicated too there work and to us as individuals. Alsoo we must do our own research as you are OP. Hope things improve and never stop asking questions about your health and if you do not understand have the doctor explain it to untill you do and do not get frustrated by some of the answers. If the {any DR. } just rushes out of the room and you still have questions tell them to get the heck back in cause they are workin for you. ya 250 to 500 a pop whaen I see one I will be darned if they rush out on to the next number. best wishes |

A lot of folks are vibrating right now from the cosmic energies. All tho i get the impression you dont believe this, I agree with this comment, becoming more and more common. Could be a an energy blockage, this creates muscle spasms. An Epsom salt bath will help. But best thing is to meditate and work out your issues. The nervous system is directly associated with the flow of Cosmic energy, and is the first manifestation of an issue with this current. Weight lifting will create some muscle spasms but the usually will not be as you do described. I dont think you have a lack of nutrients as other symptoms are usually more apparent. Honestly try some meditation- my doctor reccomends it highly and accupuncture is supposed to be very healing and amazing. I highly believe in natural foods and supplements, they have done WONDERS for me. Dont allow yourself to be sick with worry, clear your mind and think positive. I truly hope you the very best. |

Do you fall often? Lose your balance? How about your cognitive behavior? Are you restless, fatigued, antsy? It's in my hands as well, not just my legs, so I am almost certain it it not relentless leg syndrome. Define a good diet, I attempt to stay away from wheat and sugar, so no grains for me. I don't eat much fruit, mostly vegetable, cheese, and meat. my dad had an nerve disease, but I have no idea what it is called, which merely is a description because the doctors have no idea what disease my dad had. I drink a ton of water. How would I know the difference between trembling sensation and actual trembling? No, not restless, but am lacking sleep, my sleep cycle has been weird the past few weeks. No I don't fall often, and my brain seems to behave fine. |
