it depends on where it is, if it's localized, etc... a trembling thigh might suggest it's not good to keep your cellphone active in your pocket, it could be Parkinson's, extreme caffeine intake, medication, sleep withdrawal.

There is an area on my head, where a blood vein is and it trembles from time to time, also my thigh... it's very annoying but I don't really know of a cause.

I don't think Parkinson's comes on that early, but Lyme can cause the same symptoms and be mis-diagnosed as Parkinson's...that's why you need to get blood work done.
It will also give you peace of mind.hf

Mostly the trembling happens in my left hand, it's trembling more than usual.

Get checked out. could be benign harmless tremors.

Could be Parkinson's.

It is better to know than to wonder, and if you are posting here, you are wondering.

My husband has a similar tremor. It was not Parkinson's but the benign essential tremor.

That means it is basically harmless.

It is worse when he is upset.

Other than that, he feels much better knowing it is pretty much harmless.

Re: My muscles are trembling at times
Okay, thanks. It could be carpal tunnel syndrome. I had it a few years ago. My entire left side would tense up and I'd lose balance or I had to sit down. I also thought i was having nerve damage too. So I went to the doctor and I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome so I was given a hand brace for my left hand and I was told to wear it for a month and afterward it went away. I hear sometime it doesn't go away so if you're on the computer wear the brace. It has to do with the nerve in the wrist being pinched (from bad typing posture) so the result is a tingling, numbing sensation.

You'll be okay, just make sure to wear the brace for a month and make sure to sleep with it on.

THIS .... I sometimes have minor trembles, and wake up trembling from head to toe...it is your body finally tuning to the new energys coming. It may be that, and if it is , it is nothing to worry about !

Re: My muscles are trembling at times
Try some magnesium, it's a natural muscle relaxor.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27938419

Many nutritional advisors say that if you could take only ONE supplement, it should be magnesium. Books have been written about this substance. It affects an extremely wide range of body functions and about 80% of the population is deficient in magnesium to some degree.

Magnesium supplement pills are not expensive and with today's soil being as minerally depleted as it is, it is difficult to get all the nutrition you need from food, especially if you have any deficiencies and are having health problems.

Regarding the muscle trembling, have a look at these 2 sites and research your symptoms to find natural remedies.

www.earthclinic.com
www.curezone.com

Also, use a search engine and put in "symptom checker diagnosis". Check out some of the many sites for possible medical conditions that may be causing the trembling.

Hope you find a satisfactory resolution to your problem.

Dude, you are suffering from aluminum poisoning, I can guarantee that. Take epsom salt. You can get it from any CVS.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27966726

What typical sources of aluminum are there? What I mean is, where is the aluminum that is poisoning me?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17837699

Mostly tap water, air, cooking ware, and pancake mix (not kidding, it's true).
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27966726

What the hell, how is everyone NOT poisoned? Air???
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17837699

Aluminum is gradually leeched out of cookware by acid foods especially tomatoes (spaghetti sauce, etc). Stainless steel is safer. Somebody mentioned epsom salts to counteract aluminum poisoning--that's a good source of magnesium to bathe in or soak your feet in.

Oh man...I boil my eggs everyday, although I think I am using stainless steel not aluminum for cooking.
Today my trembling went down, I think it was because of the magnesium in the spinach I had yesterday, DEFINATELY going to keep eating that vegetable.

Re: My muscles are trembling at times
OP are you taking any meds rx by your primary doctor?
Do you drimk alcohol?
If so stop.
The achohol that is.
? your primary doctor about the possibilites of periphial neuropathy. Even that that is of un un known origin as it can happen from trauma back surgery headaches ect. I would reccomend you ask your primary doctor. In the near future we will soon be without one as I have been lucky to have the same one since I was 16 years old. I can not tell you how important it is to have a primary care doctor, one that knows about you and any other specialist you see. People this is going to get bad real soon if we can not have a primary doctor that is truely dedicated too there work and to us as individuals. Alsoo we must do our own research as you are OP. Hope things improve and never stop asking questions about your health and if you do not understand have the doctor explain it to untill you do and do not get frustrated by some of the answers. If the {any DR. } just rushes out of the room and you still have questions tell them to get the heck back in cause they are workin for you. ya 250 to 500 a pop whaen I see one I will be darned if they rush out on to the next number. best wishes

No drugs what so ever at all, illicit or legal, only thing I consume is water and food.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17837699

OP seek medical advice from a Dr. also listen to others. Most here have good intentions. The water you drink please be sure it is the purest you can get. Reverse Osmosis if you can. You need to look this up. best luck to you. Oh and keep an eye on your diet maybe consider writing a journal of your activities and food consumptions an do not leave a thing out. Once you do this remember to review your journal from time to time. When you have entered enough data you may see some type of corralation. Then present this to your primary care Dr.
